Michael has been coaching leaders in multi-national corporations since 2011 and has extensive experience in leadership, team dynamics, and motivation, as well as entrepreneurial experience in marketing and business development.

He has worked with leaders across multiple organizational levels from the C-Suite to first time front-line managers, helping leaders to engage their innate leadership strengths and fully unleash their greatest potential. By amplifying existing strengths, reclaiming core leadership values, and prioritizing actions around presence, connection, and delivering through others, Michael has successfully supported significant shifts in his clients’ leadership and lives.

my journey to becoming a Master Certified Coach

Embarking on the path to become a Master Certified Coach was a decision that came after a profound personal transformation. As I navigated my own leadership journey with its challenges and triumphs, I realized my calling was to guide others on their own journey of growth and fulfillment as leaders.

I spent 20 years in various leadership capacities, from front-line team lead of small field crews to a leader of leaders overseeing teams of up to 120 individuals. I made many mistakes and learned valuable leadership lessons along the way. These hard-won lessons are part of the experience I bring to my clients, along with extensive coach training to support my clients' own learnings, discoveries, and successes.

Midlife Transition Champion

Achieved coaching credential and transitioned from 20-year consulting career to vocation as a leadership coach as well as working with men in midlife, helping them to create a vision for the second half of life aligned with their values and purpose.

Business experience

As an Associate Vice President within an international Architecture and
Engineering firm, I led teams of high-performing professionals
and drove business strategy and vision. During my more than 20 years as a consultant I oversaw multi-discipline, multi-million dollar, environmental and regulatory projects, successfully leading teams of
120+ members.

My first-hand experience leading teams to success and driving
business development and vision gives me tools and perspective to
support leaders in overcoming the challenges specific to their existing
roles or helping them level up their skillsets in preparation for advancement within their organization. My training in systems coaching provides a commanding framework to help leaders overcome systemic gridlock, and clear out team toxins in order to increase intra- and inter-team collaboration and performance.
